Using your mobile phone you can use an app to push the screen content via the wireless system to your TV. To achieve this you will need the right hardware.
There are many hardware choices to accomplish this.
Apple offers AirPlay to connect apple devices to your television using the company's Apple TV set-top box:

Guests can even share their content with peer-to-peer AirPlay.2 Holiday photos, blockbusters, presentations, the latest games — AirPlay and Apple TV put it all on your TV.
Play content from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac on your HDTV.
Android device users can either use Google's Chromecast or Miracast. Windows users can stream via a technology called WiDi.

Miracast and WiDi are available via Microsoft devices and Roku.
Roku is making 4K a priority — will support 4K Ultra HD streaming in future models of Smart TVs from LG, Panasonic, Samsung and Sony support Miracast.
Chromecast is a small plugin device (similar to a USB memory stick) with an HDMI connector which plugs into the HDMI port on your TV. You can use an Android phone, tablet, iPhone, iPad, Mac or Windows laptop, or Chromebook to sling your favourite film to your TV.
